Engineers and Computer Scientists in the atip-Team work on the successful implementation of the design into the operating speech application.
Implementation covers four com
The software engineers of atip GmbH designed the VXML development environment aVX especially for this purpose. Essential access to sizeable databases for information-transfer, adaptive or personalized flows of dialog and the administration of user data can easily be realized. Dialogs often show recurring coversational patterns, like greetings, goodbyes, retry-request or even more complex modules like the enquiry of costumer IDs. These dialog patterns are always the same, irrespective of the application. In order to implement these standardized patterns rapidly and robustly we use capsular modules for the development, so called atip dialog beans.
Interface integration
A recurring part od the dialog implementation is the connection between backend-systems and costumers and/or third-party providers. Therefore atip GmbH developed a framework which allows to efficiently embed standard-technologies, like SOAP or REST based web-services, into dialogs. The provision of backend-systems and their interfaces works efficiently and in the same manner via the framework.
Grammar-generation
The developemt of efficient grammar, is a process, which demands a high level of experience, since the grammar quality is decisive for the speech recognition performance of the whole system. By developing our own recognition-engine atip can now additionally draw on well founded knowledge about the functionality of speech recognition. Offline-recognition-tests secure a problem-free functionality and a contextual coverage of the generated grammar.
The atip phoneticians are expert in this field. Through their experience from broadcasting, speech training and voice training respectively, a professional implementation of the persona design is guaranteed. Sound design completes the entire production. In order to assure the best recording quality atip GmbH cooperates solely with professional recording studios and speakers.
The speaker-casting service is part of the audio production package as well as the directing supervision by one of our VUI Designers during the speech recordings. |
