Deployment via aVP
Our aVP 5.7 has a web-based frontend for the management and the operations of automated speech dialogs in VoiceXML. Watchdogs are monitoring all running voice operations on the platform and backup the running system. An automatic restart function guarantees a restart of a voice-process in case of potential upcoming problems.
The graphic design of caller-operations within the web-interface allows a comfortable tracing of systems- and user-performance. Statistical analysis of call-loggings is achieved by referring to different criteria.
